£250 Cash Back Offer Details

• The full WorldSpreads account procedure must be completed.
  
  
• The £250 (or part of it) can be applied towards settlement of any losses within the 8 week period but any unused portion of cash back not used at the cut off date (8 weeks after opening the account) will be deemed to have lapsed.
  
  
• You can exercise the cash back option at any time within 8 weeks and can exercise it in stages but the cash back is cumulative and cannot exceed £250 in total and the cash back cannot be used as credit.
  
  
• Claiming cash back is the responsibility of the trader (you) and will not be applied automatically to offset losses. You have to notify WorldSpreads when you wish to claim the cash back or part of it.
  
  
• No more than one offer per household or extended family at the same address.
  

To help you understand the cash back offer further,
here are some examples:

1. You lose a total of £300 in the first three weeks - Use the cash back at that stage to write off £250 of losses.
   
   
2. You make £150 in the first week then have a losing period and you lose the £150 you made and lose an additional £300 - Use the cash back at that stage to write off £250 of losses.
   
   
3. You make £550 then lose £250 so that your account is now up a net £250 - you cannot claim the losses at that stage because your account is still up overall.
   
   
4. You lose £100 in the first week and claim £100 of cash back. You then have some wins but further losses later (within the 8 weeks) so that your account drops to £200 below the level at the time of your first claim (in total your account is now £300 below the level when you opened it) - you can now claim the remaining £150 of the cash back which means you have claimed £250 in total.
   
   
5. If you open an account with £5000 your account would have to drop to £4750 at some stage in the 8 weeks to be able to claim the whole £250 cash back. You cannot claim at any time if your account overall is showing a profit.
   
   
6. Any funds withdrawn by you from your account will be included in the calculations for cash back.
   
   
7. When you have opened your account and are in a position to claim your cash back simply phone WorldSpreads administration and it will be done.
