Future enhancements being considered

Below are some improvements you have suggested for SwingTrader. We will continue to work on and improve the software in order to provide you with the very best trading tool we possibly can. If you have any suggestions please email me. Please also be patient, it may take us a while to evaluate, build and test an improvement before we can release it.

Please email me if you have an idea to add to the list.

 

  • Display stop positions on charts as well as the open and close.

  • Build our own DMI indicator to display on charts which will automatically adjust to the optimised DMI setting.

  • Find alternative(s) data source (subscription based) which will include Futures and Forex and offer these as an alternative to free data. See Q&A page.

  • When opening SwingTrader display the last watch list that was open when the program was closed.

  • Have another column in Open Positions to give "Locked in profit". In other words profit or loss if stopped out today.

  • Look at a way of helping you to keep more complete, accurate and useful trade records. Possibly a new page including entering the lot size actually used for any given trade, entry and exit points actually used if different from SwingTrader. This is currently very much a "Nice to have".
