Your license is provided by the use of your username. You should have completed a form on the web page prior to downloading the installer where you decided on a SwingTrader username and entered it on the form. I would have received the username and entered it in my system to license your SwingTrader.

This is a manual process and therefore may take a few days. If you are nearing the end of your 14 day free trial and still have "TRIAL VERSION" showing on the Control Panel of SwingTrader please email by clicking here and let me know:

• what your chosen username is
• your full name
• the email address you wish me to use

and I will set up your license. Please bear in mind that I am a one man business and trader with some part time help. I am based in the UK (work UK hours) and there is a chance I may be ill or on vacation so please give me as much notice as possible to ensure you get continuous use of your SwingTrader.

Of course if you have cancelled your PayPal subscription then you will not be licensed or your license will be removed and your trial version will run out after 14 days. If you cancel your subscription (through your PayPal account) after the 14 day free trial your licence may also be cancelled the same day or within a few days so SwingTrader will cease to work.
